Trio Health & Wellness is committed to helping people create a strong health and wellness foundation by utilizing the power of nutrition and nature to nurture their body, mind, and soul. I work with clients to foster shifts in lifestyle, habits, and mindset, and empower them to make positive, lasting health and wellness changes that are realistic, attainable, and enjoyable.


Meet Jill Norris

Jill is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor with a BS in Biology from Grand Valley State University. She is passionate about helping people live their best lives! Jill has worked within the sustainable food system of West Michigan for decades, and brings her love of food, farms, nature, people, and healing into her health and wellness coaching practice.
